"En Stock" is a personal project created with a group of friends, aimed at sharing and exploring our emotional universe. In this magazine, human emotions are examined through the personification of food. In this edition, we chose red cabbage to represent uncertainty. Throughout the magazine, we delve into how this emotion impacts our lives and ways to navigate it. The red cabbage serves as a metaphor for the complex emotional pathways we all experience, with its intricate internal structure symbolizing uncertainty.

One of this edition's key features is an interview with Loli Laboureau, a photographer and creative director. She offers insights into her professional and personal life, reflecting on how uncertainty has shaped her creative process.
Naming
The name "En Stock" is used as a metaphor to illustrate that emotions are "available" or "stored" in our everyday lives, waiting to be explored or expressed. Much like products in inventory, our emotions are always present, even if they sometimes remain invisible or dormant. This magazine provides a platform to bring these emotions to light, analyze them, and give them a visible presence through food and the insights of mentors.
